December 2022 - The Radiance Calendar

In this month of celebration, we decorate our houses and trees, and we light candles making everything seem brighter. In the theme of this luminous holiday season, we begin the calendar with two qigong practices: Winter Nourishment to help sustain & fuel ourselves and The Art of Residing in Radiance to learn the how to store light within. Then we move into two new releases by Kate Brooks: Cardio Balance & Boost & Cardio Balance & Boost with Weights to help us keep our cardiovascular and muscular systems healthy and strong. And finally, we have included an Abundance Healing and an Abundance Meditation to help us release the old, expand, and make way for the new so we can be healthy, vibrant and illuminated for the start of 2023!
