This is a Back to Basics Strength and Sculpting programme. As a certified personal trainer and gym owner, Charlotte Ord has created this fast and effective system for you to firm up, improve your fitness and feel great about your body in no time!
Consisting of 6 x 15 minute workouts focussing on two major body areas per session, this
programme employs a combination of exercises some of which use weights and some use your bodyweight alone. Performing multiple repetitions at a steady pace, the routines ensure your muscles are taxed sufficiently to encourage your body to change and adapt. If you are a beginner, start with light weights such as 4 or 5kg but to make the exercises more challenging use weights of 6 to 8kg.
With good form and consistency you’ll be firm and feeling fantastic in no time!
