This dynamic yoga flow program has been arranged into three 20-minute segments which can be played in succession for a complete yoga workout or as individual sessions for those short of time. It is designed to build strength and revitalise the body.
The two 20-minute power yoga sessions, Strengthening & Power Within, are based on building inner and outer strength. The Strengthening Practice helps cleanse and revitalize the mind and body. The Power Within Practice is aimed at building your physical stamina as well as helping you become aware of your ability to love and respect yourself. The remaining twenty-minute Kriya Yoga session is based on anti-ageing exercises. Kriya yoga has long been highly regarded among many great masters and yogis to hold the key of slowing down the ageing process. This program unites the flow of physical movement with its energetic and healing powers.
